Hi Sarah,
Thanks for the time earlier. I've attached the overview we talked about, and I'm happy to walk through it this week.
Best,
Three layouts, any role.
Each one is short enough to read on a phone and keeps every link clickable.

Questions, answered.
Is it free?
Yes. No account, no email address, no watermark. Make as many signatures as you like.
What happens to my photo?
Email apps can only show a signature photo that lives at a web address, so this is the one step that uploads anything. Your browser frames the photo on your face and shrinks it to a small square first; only that small image is uploaded, with its location and camera data stripped. The original never leaves your device. If you skip the photo, nothing is uploaded at all.
Will it work in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. The signature is built from simple tables and inline styles, the way email apps expect. Links stay clickable and text stays selectable. Outlook on Windows shows the round photo as a square; everything else looks the same.
Why does the photo not show when I paste?
Some email apps hide images until you allow them, and a few take a moment to load the photo after pasting. Send yourself a test email to check how it arrives.
How big should a signature photo be?
Small. Signatures show the photo at roughly 48 to 88 pixels across, so this tool makes a 240 pixel square that stays sharp on high-resolution screens without slowing your emails down.
Can my whole team use the same layout?
Yes. Pick one layout and colour, then have everyone fill in their own details. For photos that match across the team, a Studio Pod takes everyone's headshot in the same light and backdrop.
Check your headshot first.
Your signature photo goes out with every email. Score it in the free Headshot Checker, or get a new one at a Studio Pod: studio lighting and backdrop, retouched photos on your phone in about five minutes.
