The problem

Brokerage headshot programs always fall apart in three places.

Whether you're running a 30-agent boutique or a 3,000-agent franchise, the same three problems show up:

Every agent

Every agent uses a different photographer

30 agents = 30 different photographers, 30 different backgrounds, 30 different crop ratios. Your brokerage's online presence looks like a stock-photo grab bag instead of a unified brand.

New agents

New agents wait weeks for their first photo

A new agent's first month is the most important for momentum. Waiting on a photographer means their MLS profile sits with the default avatar while their first listings go live with no photo, hurting buyer trust.

Photos go

Photos go out of date on signage

The yard sign uses the headshot from 2019. The agent looks 40 pounds and a hairstyle different in person. Buyers and sellers both notice. Refreshing photos for every agent every two years is a project nobody schedules.

The solution

Meet Studio Pod: a brokerage-grade headshot studio in your office.

Install an S1 or S3 Studio Pod in your brokerage office. Every agent - current and new - shoots in five minutes when they arrive. The output is sized for MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, yard signs, and listing cards, automatically, every time.

  • MLS / Zillow / Realtor.com sized automatically. Every capture outputs at the dimensions each platform requires - MLS thumbnails, Zillow profile size, Realtor.com agent card, brokerage website crop - all from one session. No manual resizing.
  • Yard-sign-ready files. Same session produces a print-resolution file sized for yard signs, mailers, and bus benches. Real-estate signage shops accept the file directly; no photographer middleman, no waiting weeks.
  • Brand-locked backdrop. Pick your brokerage backdrop color once during install. Every agent across the brokerage shoots against the same backdrop. Your listing cards, agent grid, and yard signs read as one unified brand.
  • New agents shoot day one. Agent signs the licensing paperwork, walks past the pod, shoots a 5-minute session, has their MLS profile populated by lunch. No more launching listings with a default avatar.
  • Unlimited refreshes, no per-agent fee. Pricing is per-pod, not per-agent. Agents can re-shoot whenever - annual refresh, new hairstyle, mid-listing-season - at zero marginal cost. Your team always looks current.
  • Works for franchises with multiple offices. Roadie ships a portable studio between offices for franchise-wide refresh days. The same hardware that lives in HQ ships to satellite offices for a day. Every agent across every office gets identical output.
FAQ

Common questions, answered.

How does Studio Pod fit a brokerage budget?

Three options: (1) install a pod outright (S1 from $16,950, S3 from $33,000, owned hardware that pays back over a few years vs. per-agent photographer fees), (2) Annual Unlimited Studio at $695/mo (good for smaller offices with access to walk-in studios), (3) Roadie ship-anywhere events at $2,500+ for a 2-day refresh day at a satellite office.

Does the output integrate with MLS / Zillow / our CRM?

Yes. The corporate portal exports at the dimensions each platform requires and can push files directly to your brokerage CRM via API. We have integration patterns for KW Command, Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, kvCORE, and most major real-estate CRMs.

What about agents who work remotely?

Remote agents can use any Studio Pod walk-in studio (8 locations nationwide - Houston, Chicago, Aliso Viejo) on the brokerage's account. Roadie can also ship to a regional office for a multi-agent shoot day.

Can we lock the backdrop to our brand color?

Yes. Brand-locked backdrop, lighting recipe, and crop ratio are set once during install. Every agent shoots against the same configuration; the brand stays consistent across every photo.

What happens when an agent leaves the brokerage?

You can deactivate the agent's portal access immediately. Photos taken during their tenure stay in your brokerage's library; the agent keeps a personal copy for their post-brokerage portfolio.

How often can agents re-shoot?

Unlimited. No per-session fee. Most brokerages run quarterly open-booth refresh days where any agent can update their photo. Annual refreshes are the most common pattern.
