In every case we've tested. Studio Pod outputs sized + cropped files that match the standard badge-print formats (Brivo, HID, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Salto, etc.). If your software needs a non-standard crop, the corporate portal handles it server-side without changing the capture process.
Studio Pod uses encrypted storage in the US. Your organization retains full rights to every photo. We never sell or share image data. Photos can be auto-deleted from our servers after delivery if your security policy requires it.
Yes. API access ships with every enterprise install - photos can be auto-named to employee ID, sized to your badge-print spec, and pushed to your HRIS / Active Directory / badge printer of choice.
No. Studio Pod is fully self-serve and runs unattended. The on-screen flow walks each subject through a five-minute session. Most clients add a "no walk-up" badge requirement (must scan-in to use the booth) which the corporate portal supports natively.
