Do your team’s headshots match?
Drop in everyone’s photos and see the ones that stand out: a different background, a tighter crop, darker light. The photos never leave your browser.
See which photos stand out.
Add 2 to 30 photos from your team page, directory or Slack. Each one is compared with the rest of the team.
Nothing is uploaded. The check runs on this device.

Six things that make a team look like one company.
Each photo is compared with your team’s typical photo, so the check flags the odd ones out rather than holding everyone to a fixed rule.
Background match
Whether every backdrop is the same colour and brightness. A grey wall next to a white one is the first thing people notice on a team page.
Framing
How much of the frame each face fills. One tight crop in a row of loose ones makes that person look bigger than everyone else.
Light level
How brightly each face is lit, measured from the highlights so different skin tones under the same light read as matching.
Head position
Where each head sits in the frame. When eyes line up across a row, the page looks deliberate.
Crop shape
Whether every photo has the same shape. Square, portrait and landscape photos crop unpredictably in the same grid.
Photo quality
The single-photo checks from the Headshot Checker: focus, exposure, open eyes and a clear face.
Questions, answered.
Is it free?
Yes. No account and no email address. Check as many teams as you like.
Are our photos uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser. The photos never leave your device.
How many photos can I check?
From 2 to 30 at a time. For a larger directory, check one department at a time.
How is the score worked out?
Each photo is compared with the rest of your team, not with a fixed ideal. The score is the share of photos that match on each check, weighted toward the things people notice first: background, framing and light.
Our photos came from different photographers. Can we fix them?
Cropping can line up framing and shape, but it can’t change the backdrop or the light. Photographing everyone with the same camera, lighting and backdrop is the only way to make them match.
How do I check a single photo in detail?
Use the Headshot Checker. It scores one photo out of 100 and crops it for LinkedIn and other sites.
One camera, one light, one backdrop.
A Studio Pod photographs every person with the same setup, so the whole team matches, and each person has their gallery by email in minutes.
